She became principal and owner of Gienapp Architects in 2024.

He has successfully led the design of a variety of commercial and academic projects with budgets ranging from $10 million to $50 million. Prior to joining Gienapp, Leno provided design and project management services at several well-respected Boston-based architecture firms.

She joined the firm in January 2015 as our Accounts and Contracts Administrator. Her vast experience in administration, accounting, billing, office management and IT management allowed her to quickly become a key part of the Gienapp management team. During the COVID-19 crisis, Chris was instrumental in navigating optimal business strategies and ensuring the firm’s financial strength.
