At Gienapp Architects, we believe that how you begin your project will determine the end result. When you start your project with Gienapp Architects on your team, you know you’re building on a rock-solid foundation. From determining feasibility to architectural design through construction administration, we’ll deliver creative solutions that are smart, practical and stay both on schedule and on budget. That’s why we say: Begin Here. Finish Well.
At Gienapp Architects, our staff is the cornerstone of our success. One of our founding values is the importance of creating, supporting, and providing opportunities for well-rounded architects to grow and collaborate. We make it a point to assign employees to projects where they can grow and gain new experiences, and where senior staff can provide mentorship and share their own passion.
Our office culture is built upon “cross-pollination,” where every employee has the opportunity to collaborate, learn from, and share expertise with one another. Our designers follow their projects from concept through completion, and reap the benefits of seeing their designs come to life.
