As Senior Project Manager you will take the primary management role on a project, overseeing all levels of it from schematic design through to construction administration. Working closely with contractors, clients and consultants, you will capably organize your team to provide creative solutions to complex and interesting problems. Key Responsibilities

• Identify all needs of a project and assemble the team to execute them
• Organize, plan and complete necessary tasks, taking responsibility for all aspects of the project from pre-design through construction administration
• Oversee the project team, including delegating relevant tasks
• Keep track of the project schedule and budget
• Manage design, specifications and working drawings
• Conduct meetings with clients, consultants and contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s of Architecture, Registered Architect preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience on architecture/engineering teams
• 10 years’ responsibility for drawing production
• Minimum two years’ management experience
• Superior client and team management skills
• Familiarity of Revit is required, capability is a plus
